As each day passes more and newer technology is utilised in the buying and selling of real estate. So as an embracer of technology I am currently enjoying the use of the “Sun Locater” application on my mobile phone.

So you ask what on earth is a sun locater? Well put simply, with a push of a button I can see exactly where the suns path will be at any time of the day or night. Home buyers have found the application an easy way to answer what is usually one of the first questions they ask when looking for their new home. It can also be programmed to display the suns path on any date in the year to show the variance in seasons.
